I have experience teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at prestigious UK universities.
I currently work at UCL as an Associate Lecturer (Teaching) in Language/Linguistics in the Survey of English Usage.
I have worked at Imperial College London and the University of Sheffield, teaching EAP on their pre-sessional courses.
I studied at the University of Exeter, Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield.
I hold a first degree in Politics and Spanish, a CELTA, PGCE in Post-16 Education, and a Master’s in Education and Language (Distinction).
I have experience teaching in the UK, Spain and Australia, with students from Europe, the Americas, Africa, and South and East Asia.
I am available for one-to-one tuition for any aspect of EAP: research, essay planning and writing, proofreading, giving presentations, taking part in discussions etc, as well as adapting to British academic culture and life in the UK.
